Return and Refund Policy

All number plates supplied by Plates 4 U are custom-made to order to your exact specification. As bespoke manufactured goods, they are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and production has begun, except in the following circumstances:

• The item arrives damaged or defective due to a manufacturing fault
• The plates were made incorrectly and do not match your confirmed order details

In either case, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographic evidence. We will arrange a free replacement or refund at our discretion.

We accept no responsibility for plates made to incorrect specifications supplied by the customer, including wrong registration numbers or non-compliant configurations.
